with Child Labor

Hundreds of thousands of children in the United States are toiling in our fields, being given night shifts in factories, and working too many hours in fast food outlets. Child labor is not just back - it never went away.

Child labor often hides a multitude of abuses of children's rights, including trafficking, violence, and child marriage.

No child should be forced to work at the expense of their childhood, education, or future. But instead of working to end child labor, too many US legislators are making it easier for child labor to be used in the production of our food and our products.

Learn about child labor laws in agricultural and non-agricultural jobs in your state.
